'Location is a quick taxi to the airport and close to many restaurants. Staff--and especially the older, taller gentleman on the evening shift--was very helpful, answering all my questions in perfect English. Property is older but well maintained.'

'De kamers zijn ruim en zijn voorzien van alle comfort. Het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping is een aanrader. Het echte pluspunt van het hotel is echter de receptioniste (Helen). Geen uitleg is haar teveel. Raad krijg je er gratis bij. De vrouw is echte reclame voor het hotel en een voorbeeld voor velen.'

'Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.'

'We stayed here two nights due to a PW shoot. Staff was friendly Shops are on walking distance Although there is a swimmingpool in the hotel, towels are not included. Mandatory fee + swimming cap is needed.'

'숙소 위치가 대중 교통과 식당등 편했습니다'

'보통이였어요'

'키 분실로 추가 요금을 지불했네요... 통상 그냥 주기도 하던데'

'It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

'We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again.'

'The location is great, convenient for dining and getting to the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old; the TV didn't work and the hairdryer couldn't be used at high temperatures. Surprisingly, the trash cans hadn't been emptied on the day of check-in! Aside from that, there really weren't any flaws.'

'Helpful & friendly staff (though English comm. can be a bit limited). Spacious rooms and a nice rooftop pool with view of Mt. Halla, great for relaxing at the end of the day. Close to the Jeju bus station for connecting to the rest of the island.'

'Udemærket hotel - fin til prisen.'

'We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a...

'Close to Jeju airport. Good breakfast something for every one. Staff very helpful and friendly. There is a convenience store on premises. The bedrooms were large for South Korea. Close to the bus terminal. (15 minute walk approx).'
