'Nice hotel'

'Great room, bathroom could be better finished with the tap in the shower moving around. The beach view is wonderful and filming sunset was amazing on the pier in front of the hotel. As my curtains was broken I asked them to look into it, before I could return it was fixed. Overall a great place to stay, only the aircraft taking off were slightly annoying but they stop at 2230.'

'Good value hotel close to excellent modern art museum. Very helpful staff'

'Hotel is quite old but clean. Having the lift is a bonus. Location is excellent - near Dongmun night market and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around too. Staff was helpful too.'

'All of them Very good very well'

'We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again.'

'Prima hotel.

'Close to Jeju airport. Good breakfast something for every one. Staff very helpful and friendly. There is a convenience store on premises. The bedrooms were large for South Korea. Close to the bus terminal. (15 minute walk approx).'

There was visible water damage in several areas, the chairs were heavily stained and appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and the room was quite dusty. The overall condition felt worn and poorly maintained compared to the photos online. I understand humidity can cause maintenance challenges, but the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations. Based on the condition of...

'The hotel was in a dire need of a remodel, which was occurring during our stay. The rooms were shabby with peeling paint. The fixtures in the bathrooms were decades old. During our checkin, five employees stood laughing and chatting at the registration desk but refused to let any waiting guests in the lobby check-in a few minutes early.'
