'Pleasant stay'

'The hotel felt newly (last few years) renovated and was well maintained. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked extremely well to block out the St. Louis humidity and heat. We loved their “cookie hour” from 8-9pm and the breakfast was wonderful.'

'Very nice staff and room was very clean. Pool was a bit small but kids loved it. Also really enjoyed the breakfast and cookies and milk in the evening. Would stay there again.'

'All the staff were so friendly. The ladies at breakfast (Kathy and Nancy) were so cheerful and helpful. These are the people who will make your day brighter. I like the bright room.'

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'The whole hotel reeks of incenses or some over powering smell that sticks to your clothes and hair. I visited the room once and knew right away I couldn’t stay there. The room lamp had mold on it. The door rattles and shaked like its been kicked down a few times. The door lock was barely hanging on. The room and bathroom is dingy. Looks like someone unlit their cigarette on the tub. The glass surrounding the tub looked unsafe.'

'Desk staff was very professional. I do not use credit cards. So they would not accept my Visa debit card. It’s very unfortunate that I had that experience and had to move to the hotel across the street.'

'I stayed at this hotel two separate times in one weekend and valet both times and drank one water out of the room and was charged differently even though the stays where identical. When I contacted the hotel about the issues they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through Expedia. Also, when checking in for the second stay the night staff acted like they were super inconvenienced by someone checking in not something that you would expect when paying hundreds of dollars to...

'Overall enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is decent, and the workers were very kind. The only thing I would say was a downfall were the floors in our room. They were semi sticky and just needed to be mopped. Again nothing bad, and could've easily just been our room.'
