'I got at the hotel at 11pm after a long journey. Manager nearly denied my booking even though I had proof & I paid for it. He tried convincing me I was at the wrong place. Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. After 3hours of hitting tooth & nail, and after they found out I was a US citizen, they gave me my spot. They didn’t even have room ready. 'We feel so lucky to have found this hotel! The staff were so nice! Hospitable and kind. Obviously service is a huge deal here - everyone from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff were amazing. Food and 24 hr room service was superb. Rooms are quiet and with great AC. Close to large supermarket. ~15 mins to airport by uber. We will definitely stay here again. C'
