'Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!'

'The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.'

'Heerlijke week gehad hier. Mooie acco , vlakbij strand en dichtbij de pool Zou hier zo weer terugkomen '

'We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. 'Very close to the beach. Nice room, good ammenities. Had an AC in the room. Ice machine did not work sadly. Good place to explore the island but also relax a little in the Napili bay. Supermarket closeby. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come again.'

'Very close access to beach.. Quite location. Pool across the street. Trash shed access a few yards away. Nice patio with peek-a-Bo view of ocean and waves. Kitchen nicely supplied. Great walking paths (miles of paths and roads along Ocean). Great Golf @Plantation with very nice Club House open to public. Secure feeling. Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really...

'The property was in exquisite shape and the unit was very well kept. Great location! Just a short walk down a hill to beach access. Many restaurants nearby. Easy to drive to the unit.'

'Everything was perfect couldn’t have asked for anything more. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Definitely 5 stars!!'

'The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

'Service was impeccable, they took care of our every need promptly and gracefully. Beautiful setting.'
