'Location was great, very close to Southern Cross Station and a supermarket. Reception staff were very easy to communicate and responsive to communication. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has very basic equipment - saucepans, frypan, cutlery and crockery. There is a microwave and a hot plate. There was also an oven but I was unable to get it to warm up and there were no instructions. '

'The place hadn't been cleaned, or it was done poorly. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Window winder broken, no fly screens and no air conditioning so mozzies were a problem.'

'I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very...

'We often visit Melbourne as a family of 6. This is by far and away the best apartment we have stayed in to date. Great apartment with plenty of space, great views, great location, great facilities, easy parking and a tram stop right at the front door. As many thumbs up as I can give '

'Good place to stay. But bear in mind: they are building across the street atm. Check in took too much time. We had to wait 45min. Apartment is very good! Parking is perfect for 10,- but you need to park at the street before checking in. And there’s lack of space, especially if you had to wait 45min to check in. Other than that a very good night and we’ll equipped kitchen. '
