This beautiful villa "Redonda Special" has a wonderful view of the mountains. The Redonda Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor: one bedroom in each wing, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a separate shower room. The third bedroom is upstairs in the turret with en-suite shower room. Spacious, open-plan living and dining area with covered terrace in front and swimming pool. The plot is approx. 1,014 m2 and is situated in a very quiet and beautiful area, only 3 km from Granadella beach and within walking distance to local amenities. The villa is equipped with double-glazed PVC windows, all of which have a decorative frame of artificial stone. The pool terrace level has been raised, is approximately 40 m2 and is set around a kidney shaped 8x4 swimming pool. Villa Redonda I is located in a quiet residential area, close to the "Granadella" cove, and close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. What is there to see in Jávea? Jávea's coves in particular are the driving force behind the charm that makes this place so popular. The Arenal beach is perfect for those who like to be on the beach, but with all the comforts and close to the town. For those looking for more natural landscapes, however, Xàbia/Jávea also has plenty to offer, such as the beautiful Portitxol cove, which, with its small island and blue gate, is a favourite subject for photographers and definitely worth a visit.
This list also includes the bays of Sardinera or Granadella, the bay of Tangó at the harbour of Xàbia/Jávea, the bay of Francés, the bay of Ministro and the bay of Ambolo. Jávea is a real paradise for divers in particular, with its rocky coves and clear water.
However, the town of Jávea itself is just as charming as the beaches and a stroll through the streets is just as worthwhile. However, if you are looking for routes to discover very special places, we recommend climbing up to the Mirador de les Pesqueres or walking the entire route of viewpoints, where you can visit monuments such as the Acequia de la Noria.
The walking route to Cova Tallada in Jávea is also a great idea and for a truly original experience where you can immerse yourself in the essence of this town, we recommend visiting Xàbia/Jávea during the Moors and Christians festival or the bonfires of San Juan.
Of course, Jávea also has numerous restaurants where you can try all kinds of traditional dishes, including, of course, some of the most typical of the region such as dried squid, seafood rice dishes, red prawns or fish stews.
