Welcome to The Jave: a stunning and luxurious Ibiza-style villa in Javea. This magnificent holiday home is nestled in a serene location and is the perfect retreat for up to 8 persons. It spans across two levels and offers breathtaking sea views, a private pool, and an outdoor summer kitchen for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Downstairs is a spacious living room with a sofa, comfy chairs and a TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooking island, oven, combi microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a cosy dining area and also a separate room with a unique round handmade couch with views to the valley.

You’ll find three complete bedrooms downstairs, each with double bed, wardrobe space and air conditioning. The 2 separate bathrooms are complete with a shower, bath, sink, and toilet. All three bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace and the inviting swimming area.

On the top level, you will discover the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet.

The comfort of air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi extends throughout the entire house, ensuring you have all the modern amenities you desire during your stay.

Outside, the 11 x 4 private pool awaits you and can be heated on request (see conditions below). The pool area is adorned with handcrafted wooden sun beds, providing a touch of luxury as you relax by the poolside.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation;
2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
6: This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system. Its use is optional but provides extra security during your stay. If you have any questions about the system, feel free to contact us!

Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
