« Great service at this hotel. Room and bathroom i stayed in was clean. Restaurant food very tasty. Easy walk to Ganga river and Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Arti. Only downside. The electric kept going down. Most 95% of the time it came right back up. »

« The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. We booked classic room as it was only available at that time. The room was good, service...

« L'hotel est tres bien situé. Lacceuil et le service sont excellents. Le personnel serviable et souriant. Petit bemol poir la salle de bain dans notre chambre qui était bien moisie et pas tres clean. Poussières, sable au sol. Dans la globalité plutôt bonne expérience. Je recommande »

« I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

« Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and even gave me a scooter ride to Dentist. I feel that was above and beyond service and just very kind. Breakfast was part of my plan and I would get up and breakfast was sent to me without asking but it was perfect timing. »

« We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient. »
