Looking for a cozy getaway just minutes from the beach? This spacious studio offers the perfect retreat for 2 guests. Located only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Jan Thiel Beach & Caracasbaai, the studio is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind.

The studio has its own entrance and terrace and is suitable for 2 people. The studio is spaciously laid out with a double bed (160x200cm), an open bathroom with sink cabinet, rain shower and toilet. Towels, beach towels and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen has a 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a TV, a built-in wardrobe for clothes and suitcases, a corner bench and bar table with stools.

Practical Information:
The studio is located under a villa, which is also rented. The villa and the studio share the driveway. Both accommodations have their own entrance.

Parking is possible inside the automatic gate.

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
