This welcoming home in ever popular Jan Juc offers a great base for family holidays on the Surf Coast. Enjoy gazing out to distant ocean views from the upper level and deck, where you can cook a BBQ and dine outdoors. The Space:
Jan Juc is a perfect location to get away if you enjoy the beach, surfing, golf, wineries, cycling or just want to unwind. Our house offers the space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet with family and friends. The house is located five minute drive from Jan Juc beach, Bells beach and Torquay.

The house also has a large grassed backyard that is great for kids or adults to have a game of backyard cricket/ soccer etc (BYO sports equipment).

The house has both ducted heating and air-conditioning (heating/cooling unit upstairs, heating unit downstairs). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a hot outdoor shower that is great for rinsing yourself after a day at the beach.

Guest Access:
You will be provided with a code for the key safe ahead of your arrival. You have access to the entire house including a double garage, which you need to open from inside on the button affixed to the wall.

The Neighborhood:
Jan Juc is a quiet location on the Great Ocean Road. The house is situated within a residential area so the neighbours are locals. Jan Juc has a small group of local shops that consist of a pub, two good cafes, a pizza shop, fish and chip shop and a milk bar. The coffee and food at Swell is excellent. These shops are 10 minutes walk from our house.

There is a wonderful park with lots of play equipment, a skate park, basketball hoops and a footy oval. It is a five minute walk from our house.

The clifftop walking track from Torquay to Bells Beach is great for those who love to walk, run, or ride mountain bikes.

Jan Juc is well known for its surfing and beaches.

Getting Around:
There are local buses that go to Torquay and Geelong. look for numbers 50 & 51. The bus stop is along Strathmore drive which is about a 5 minute walk.

The clifftop walking track from Torquay through to Bells Beach and beyond is wonderful for those who love to walk, run or ride.
