'Wij hadden een huisje aan het water, volgens mij de oudste in het resort. Alles was vies, schimmel in de koelkast, heel veel beestjes in de kamer. Vooral mieren en ook hele grote die via de badkamer naar binnen kwamen lopen. Na een black out deed de airco het niet meer... de beestjes liepen over het ontbijt. 'The AC was broken out first night. The mirror broke in the restroom. We had to move to another suite and it got better. We had rowdy neighbors so I had to pound on their door to shut them up. The staff is super accommodating. The restaurant in sight is amazing. We ate 3 meals and never had to leave.'

'Cebu Pacific changed my flight. I tried to contact the hotel for possible refund or reschedule. They never replied. Hotels.com customer service tried to contact them - there was no reply. Shoddy run business. '

'Desk and bathroom were dirty, otherwise rest of the room was clean. The bathroom was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable showering in it. On plus side, it didn’t stink.'

'Only one thing I feel not good about the shower, the water coming out from the shower is to weak. But the rest was excellent 👌'

'I like coz it’s within the city center. Staff are polite and helpful. No amenities. It’s just a regular hotel. Well maintained.'

'Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we...
