'What a wonderful stay we had at the Heart of Jamestown! From the moment we arrived, we were graciously greeted by our friendly host Connie, who provided so much helpful guidance and suggestions about the house and surrounding area. And the accommodations were amazing! Clean and spacious, with a lovely coastal vibe - and we were unexpectedly upgraded to the apartment, which was such a nice gesture! Connie provides for all of your needs for a relaxing and enjoyable time, including a bottle of wine...

'Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant '

'I’ve been a Hilton traveler for years but have recently found that many of the properties have began to become very rundown. Service has also been lacking. This was my first stay at the HGI in Providence and I’m pleased to share that the experience was exceptional. Very pleasant check in. The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. I was greeted every time I walked past the desk. I was thanked when I checked out (at 400 AM). Really great experience. Highly recommend this...
