All bedrooms have ceiling fans, with central air for the 4 upstairs bedrooms and 2 window AC units on the first floor. Enjoy the outdoors on two covered porches and a new patio, or take a stroll through Bemus Point Village to enjoy dining and shopping. The peaceful Chautauqua Lake and Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House are only a block walk away. The Chautauqua Institution for programs, classes and community events, is a short drive (approx. 7 miles) away. Other activities: boating, fishing (2 blocks from boat landing), biking, picnicking, hiking and swimming in nearby beautiful Long Point State Park, live concerts and more!
