We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very well appointed, had a great view and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and responsive. On our first day, our room neighbors had 2 rooms and they were making so much noise in the hallway from 4:45am to 7am that it woke us up. The receptionist handled the situation very well and agreed to change our room. The only con I can see with the rooms is that you can hear your neighbor's room bell, which might bother you. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at how new, clean and comfortable this place is. The front desk staff and other staff were very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The view from the room is also spectacular that you can even enjoy the night view of Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious with many menu provided. Overall a very good stay here!

자카르타 시내에 위치한 호텔로 방문처가 가까워 예약했는데 대부분 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인시 전망 좋은 방을 부탁했는데 바로 방을 바꿔주었고 처리 속도도 빠른편 입니다. 룸 컨디션이나 조식도 만족했으며, 가성비도 좋았습니다. 다만 방에 욕조가 없어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 직원 교육이 잘 된 호텔이라는 생각을 했습니다.

Lovely stay
Our first trip to Jakarta & we love this hotel. Room is very clean, size is big, bed is comfy and staff are very helpful. The only thing is the hotel is right beside the highway so a little traffic noise can be heard during the night but it’s acceptable.

Check in/Front desk - Great staff Lovely rooms. Although thin walls/doors and you can hear the room next door through the gap in the doors for adjoining rooms. On site restaurant lacked knowledgeable staff and overpriced poor quality food that was served cold and very slow service. Pool area - well staffed and worth a visit. Not much to see or do on foot in the local area. Overall - value for money.

Hotel was ok, quiet comfortable. However, breakfast was such a letdown: tasteless, bland and mass produced. The restaurant was overcrowded and the service was poor, tables with no cutlery and food choices were limited. In summary, rooms are nice and comfortable as per the 4* rating but, restaurant and food are definitely 2* at most. For the same price try the Aston.

30階の部屋に4日間滞在中、朝でも夜でもシャワーの温度が一度も安定しませんでした(急に熱くなったり冷たくなったりを繰り返す) レストランなどが近くにないので、ホテルのレストランかデリバリー、又は車で出かける必要があります 部屋はキレイでとても快適でした ブッフェ式の朝食もとても美味しかったです

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, Just the water in the pool could be changed more ofter.
