Ideaal hotel voor eind of begin treinreis Java
goede locatie dichtbij Gambir station. het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. het hotel is pas nieuw en ziet er fris en schoon uit. de bedden zijn heel goed met een harde matras.

Trendy new hotel in the Wahid Hasyim area
The hotel looks attractive and is conveniently located in the Menteng area. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. However, I could not sleep well because of disturbing noise. My first night, in a room on the top floor, I was repeatedly woken up by loud, irregular noise that sounded like a heavy drill. I later discovered that it probably was a water pump on the roof. The room was like a resonance chamber. In the room where I was moved to escape from this noise, the loudspeakers of an adjoining mosque were too loud to enable any sleep -- fortunately this lasted less than half an hour.

Good security & excellent rooms.
Clean and comfortable room. I like the layout which was different than usual rooms but yet still good. Security is also better than usual hotels.

Delightful, attentive staff. Stylishly designed and well maintained property. Comfortable room with plenty of floor space and a huge bed. Easy check-in. It was my second stay at Aloft hotel. Previously there was a small trouble about hair dryer but this time it was solved. Maybe I continue to choose this hotel for my stay in Jakarta.

For those who know people from Java, this hotel is no exception…the staff is super nice, dedicated My first stay in this hotel was in 2018 it was brand new. 5 years after everything is dirty…also for expedia gold do not count on any perks…upgrades are only reserved to marriot bonway clients… in other words i will never be back there….despite the kindness of the staff

We had a fantastic time, the room was small but cozy and very clean. The hotel is right in the center so can get to East south and west Jakarta easily. The staff was amazing from Tiwi helping so much with anything from checking in to helping us grab a beer, and Satrio at the bar was super friendly and helpful. Both of them made it fun to hang around downstairs. We will be back on our next stay in Jakarta !

Lovely hotel. I really liked the design of the rooms! Very modern and huge bed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Swimming pool and gym were both nice! If I had one very minor criticism it would be that the water in the shower could have been a bit hotter!

Great affordable hotel. Bathroom needs some checking and touch up. Sometimes I smell sewer from the bathroom. They did not clean my room for 2 days. I dont know why. Staffs, location and the view are phenomenal

Clean and modern hotel
I chose to stay at Aloft, recommended by my colleague as he told me it is near my our office, clean and modern. As expected, the rooms were modern and clean, above that, the staffs were very friendly and the breakfast was really nice. Since I have experienced some hotels not providing hot water, that was my concern but the showers at Aloft were hot and good pressure. Would stay here again!

value for money!
The Aloft guest room I stayed in was very good. There was just one small problem I experienced. The lighting is not sufficient. Its ok in the day but not bright enough in the evening. I think more light needs to be installed. Other than that, everything worked. Staff were attentive and service excellent, especially those at the restaurant. The 1st time I stayed there, I stayed at the 14th floor. The room was new & nice. This time, I stayed at the 9th floor. It showed BAD wear and tear, so bad, that the shower water leaked all over the vanity area. I had to put towels to remedy the leak!!

dishonest and stealing hotel workers, bad
I have stayed here a few times, but the last I realized that the workers here are not honest. I realized after 4 hours of checking out of the room that there was something I left behind but after I called the hotel the item was lost, the next day I called again but it was answered unrespect from the hotel and my belongings were lost. Please hotel management investigate some dishonest people and take my stuff, those people are detrimental to the image of your hotel. Fyi I checkout 12 Sep’19 room 5014.
