'My wife and I booked this hotel back in February for the Oddities event. However, had we known what the property was like beforehand, we definitely would have chosen elsewhere. Upon arrival, the first room that we were placed in has roaches. I did complain and we were moved to a different room. I no longer saw any bug issues but the room was filthy. 'This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay.'

'Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.'

I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property.'

'I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay.'

'I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options, and the kitchen and dining area were kept clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.'
