This beachside home puts you just moments away from soft yellow sands and the gentle Pacific waves, which you can admire from your private balcony. In addition to the beach and a shared pool, Jacó has plenty of restaurants to try!
Take in the eclectic decor and bright, vibrant atmosphere from the living room's plush sofa. You're just a few steps from the furnishings of the spacious balcony. After admiring the sunset, step back inside and enjoy the flatscreen cable TV and DVD player!
The stainless steel appliances of the kitchen make it a great space for cooking. You can dine with your friends and family at the breakfast bar seats for four, or take things outside and relax with some snacks and drinks on the balcony. A gas grill is also available.

Great place with amazing views!

This property was amazing and the photos did not do the property justice. The property manager was difficult to contact, but The Palms resort personnel were excellent to work with along with Vacasa Rentals. You have access to the neighboring resort, and that is spectacular as well. We will definitely be coming back here!

Stayed for ten days contacted Vacasa several times about the televisions not working never got service. The unit was not as clean as it looked upon check-in.will not use Vacasa again. Beds very very firm. Shower heads not working properly.

Perfect Ocean view

Our group stayed for 10 days, the condo is wonderful but in need of some up keep. Broken heavy difficult sliding patio doors, leaky bathroom taps, no cupboard space for groceries, mildewy grout in bathrooms. BUT the condo is in the perfect location, and the patio is wonderful with 3 ceiling fans. The pool is lovely and well maintained. You can walk for kms, the beach is amazing. The Palms has everything you could possibly need.

Great rental

This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!

Nice place

Right I’m the beach , pool , walking disnce to a good place to eat . Nice have washer and dryer , good internet . Scarlet McCaws flew by every afternoon plus hundreds of small green parrots . Walked down the beach towards the rocks and saw c monkeys and sloths late in the afternoon . Jaco has the reputation of being a party place but we had no issues as a family vacation place . Plenty to do or not to do .

Fantastic for needed R&R

A buddy and I needed a break from Ohio and work. Beautiful apartment. Gorgeous views. Nice beds. Great kitchen. Everything we could have wanted. Everyone on site was very accommodating. We met up with a couple local friends in Costa Rica. The Crocs next door (facilities available to guests at the Palms) has become quite expensive. I stayed at Crocs in 2015 - prices there have skyrocketed. While expensive, the gift shop at Crocs is convenient. Especially when a guest wants an unexpected beer or something of that nature. Otherwise, shoot into town. The only negative is parking.. There are only 6 spots available at the Palms. One was available when we unloaded and loaded the car. All other times we found we needed to park at the relatively muddy lot down the road. Parking is not simple in Jaco, so even the muddy lot was not too terribly bad all things considered. The Palms is on the beach way north of town. A rental car is very convenient. Taxis are not problem and are always easily available via the valets at Crocs. Overall, we could not have asked for better.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo in Jaco!

This unit has a large oceanfront lanai that gets shade all day long and has 2 ceiling fans in the overhang that, along with a nice oceanfront breeze, keeps the lanai comfortable in 85 degree weather. A beautiful sunset is visible each evening from the lanai. The unit itself is spacious, well stocked and decorated, and has fast WIFI. There are comfortable King beds in each bedroom along with flat screen TV's with cable ( there is also a big flat screen TV with cable in the living room). There is 24 hr security and the grounds are immaculate. The swimming pool was never crowded and the water was refreshing, not too cool or too warm. From the condo complex one can walk right onto a beautiful sandy beach. It is a 5 minute drive into the town of Jaco where there was an abundance of nice places to eat, supermarkets, your offices, and of course the usual tourist shopping. We felt very safe in both the unit and the town. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves breaking was a real treat! We had a great vacation in Jaco and this condo at the Palms was superb!!

Beautifully appointed luxury condo

This condo's decor captures the essence of Costa Rica lifestyle in a luxuriously appointed unit. From the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, leather sofa, soft towels to the yeti coolers, granite tops, and most imprtantly, spectacular views on the large veranda with a six person bar, hammock overlooking the serene Pacific, this unit has it all. Fabulous condo! Had everything we could ask for....clean, comfortable, modern.

If you love to cook..,this kitchen has everything you will need. So easy to work with and everything as expected. Great ocean front location and loved the access to Vrocs pool as another water option.
