We would like to welcome you to our new, luxury, beach front condo (just steps to the ocean) at the secluded north end of Jaco Beach in Costa Rica. We are just a easy beach walk from the heart of Jaco Beach’s downtown commercial area! The Tres Regalos Community is an intimate, and privately gated beach club offering you all the needed amenities surrounded by quaint, beautifully maintained grounds. The extremely friendly, English speaking staff will take pride in learning your name and are available to assist you 24/7. The staff will be happy to help with tour and transportation arrangements, sightseeing and activity info, and recommending local restaurants and nightlife!

Our beach-front unit has three bedrooms, with two spacious full baths with marble showers, dining area, kitchen with bar and living room. A gracious outdoor balcony offers fantastic views of the ocean, beach, and rainforest; complete with both an outdoor eating area, individual lounge seats and a beautiful outdoor sofa…a peaceful spot for enjoying the view or taking a nap. The community features a Jacuzzi and salt-water pool with swim-up bar (available for hosting your own private party) is made of natural coralina tile, providing an attractive and refreshing oasis to cool off and lounge in the sun.

You will enjoy all new modern conveniences, including imported luxury grade furniture, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, flat screen Plasma TVs, cable and wireless internet. Visit the local farmer’s market for local fruits and vegetables, or stop by the marina to purchase the fresh catch right off the dock. If you don’t want to cook, enjoy the great array of local and fine dining in Jaco and the surrounding area. Better yet, hire an affordable private chef to shop and cook your requests.

We fell in love with this beautiful and peaceful Costa Rican retreat and decided to make it our second home. Everyone in our family enjoys vacationing in Jaco Beach and we know you will too. The scenery and wildlife in the area is amazing, the range of activities is endless: surfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lines through the rainforest, canopy tours, sport fishing, golf, ATV tours, nature tours, night life, fine dining, shopping downtown and more. Wild macaws fly over daily, announcing themselves with their distinctive calls. The largely undisturbed Carara National Park is about 20 minutes away. Guided or self-guided walks through this rainforest give you spectacular views of various monkeys, sloths, birds and reptiles in their natural habitat.

Our balcony has a spectacular view of Monkey Beach, a secluded beach 500 ft just to the north and accessible by wading across a small fresh water river flowing down from the mountains to the ocean. Monkey beach features a beautiful waterfall and unique little tidal pools for wading or exploring. If the main beach is not quiet enough for you, Monkey Beach offers that extra out-of-the-way spot nestled against a rainforest mountain slope with gentle surf, great for kids and sea shell hunting.
