Welcome to your home away from home in the exclusive Los Sueños Resort! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with room for up to 2 additional guests using a queen-size inflatable bed, perfect for families and groups.

The master suite features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, featuring a bunk bed and two twin beds.

The bright, open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room, perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the renowned La Iguana Golf Course, the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or an unforgettable sunset.

For your convenience, a convenience store is located next to the Marriott Hotel for snacks, drinks, and essentials, while Automercado Herradura is just a short drive away for larger grocery shopping. 👥 Guest Policy
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of registered guests. A $30/night fee applies for each guest after the third guest (rates may vary by Green/Low season).

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. We can accommodate up to 2 extra guests (maximum 10 total) with prior approval. Please note that these guests will need to use inflatable beds, as no additional permanent beds are available.

A complimentary Pack ’n Play is available upon request for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property and its amenities.

🚗 Parking
One covered parking space (3C) is included. Additional vehicles must use visitor parking. Please do not park in neighbors’ spaces or on the street. You may park behind the golf cart if needed.

🛺 Golf Cart
A valid driver’s license is required to operate the golf cart. For safety and insurance purposes, the golf cart may only be driven within Los Sueños Resort. Please keep it fully charged after each use. Guests are responsible for any towing costs resulting from a depleted battery.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals are welcome but are not allowed on beds or sofas.

🙅 Visitor Policy
Visitors must be approved in advance. All visitors count toward the total guest count, whether staying overnight or visiting during the day. Additional guests and applicable guest fees apply for the full duration of the reservation and cannot be applied to partial stays.

🎉 Parties & Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

🔇 Noise
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially at the community pool and Beach Club.

🔧 Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or breakages. Please report any issues immediately. Unreported damages may result in a reimbursement request.

🛋️ Furniture
Please do not move furniture from its original location.

🧊 Refrigerator
Please remove all food before check-out. If storing seafood during your stay, please seal it tightly to prevent odors.

🗝️ Keys & Access Cards
Please avoid lockouts. If a locksmith is required, the cost (up to $80) will be the guest’s responsibility. Lost Beach Club Access Cards incur a $100 replacement fee. Please return all keys and access cards before check-out.

🧼 Cleaning
Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

🚐 Oversized Vehicles
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be arriving in an oversized vehicle. Oversized vehicles must be parked in the visitor lot.

🛒 Supplies
Shampoo and bath towels are provided. Laundry detergent, paper towels, and most kitchen consumables are not included. The nearest grocery store is Automercado Herradura.

🍽️ Kitchen
A dish sponge, dish soap, and basic supplies for washing dishes are provided for your convenience.

🏖️ Beach Club Access
Your Beach Club Access Card admits up to 8 registered guests per day. If your group exceeds 8 guests, the additional guests will not have access to the Beach Club using the included card. Please follow all Beach Club rules and return the Access Card before check-out.

📍 Resort Information
- A convenience store is located next to the Marriott Hotel for snacks, drinks, and basic essentials.
- A medical clinic is located at the main entrance of Los Sueños, on the right-hand side as you enter the resort.
- The Marriott Spa and hotel day passes are available directly through the Marriott. Please contact the hotel for current pricing, availability, and reservations.

🔓 In-Room Safe
Please note that the apartment does not have an in-room safe.

🚭 Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and all common areas. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 fee.

⏰ Check-In
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Valid IDs for all adult guests must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in for security clearance.

⌛ Check-Out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

✈️ Cancellation Policy
We follow a Strict Cancellation Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for canceled flights, illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please book only if you’re comfortable with this policy.
