Who ever was working the night shift on April 21 was the only person who should keep a job. She was nice, respectful and very kind to my family when they checked in. From 22 April to 04 may this place was a nightmare. 2 electric burners, a microwave and small sink.Problem is no dishes, Silverware, cups, pots, pans, etc are provided.This is also the first extended stay type hotel I've been to that doesn't provide iron and ironing board. Being that I flew my wife and 2 daughters here to visit me after not seeing me since August when I deployed it would have been great to have these items especially since this was the main reason we picked this hotel. Further more shower pressure was low, no hair dryer and no towels could be exchanged; that went for bed sheets as well.Things happen but I used my own money to wash the only 3 towels they provided us using guest laundry.Asked room service for trash bags and toilet paper when they were cleaning vacant rooms, i was told to get them at the front desk.Not a safe place, questionable people in and out of here, reeks of pot and employees lockup at night and it's only hotel guests.01May 3am I heard a couple arguing in the hallway.They progressively got louder until the elevator.I heard them again in the parking lot. My last night, 03 May I called police 1230 at night because room above us sounded like a brawl.My 2 year old was woke up and crying from the noise.Staybaway from this place.
