We always loved staying on the Omni Amelia Island property. The house was nice, clean and had very large kitchen and living spaces. It was nice to have bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs for our extended family to spread out. We had toddlers/infants with us so mostly kid friendly besides the stairs, but we brought a baby gate with us so not too much of an issue! Easy check in and out!

Lots of room, which was great! We all had space to go to. It wasn’t that far from the beach, so the golf cart ride was fairly short. We did have some issues with the TV - it liked to be fuzzy off and on some. However we didn’t spend a lot of time watching it.

Family Wedding weekend

Clean. Well managed. Great communication. Spacious and airy. Lots of room to visit and hang out but enough private space as well. Rented for a family weekend packed with events so we were in and out a lot. Didn’t use the kitchen for meals, just snacks and breakfast. Overall worked well for us and our adult kids.

Love this house!

This house is perfect for our family - nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The house is open and big so we can gather easily. The kitchen is lovely and well equipped. This was our second stay here and we will be back!!

Reunion for Dad's 90th birthday

The property was better than the pictures! Great place for kids and grandkids to drop by and say hi to their dad and grandfather. Lots to do on Amelia Island and within the resort! The property could use an electric blower for cleaning the back porch each day after the typical Florida summer rain storms. Its a nice shady porch that is covered by trees and we enjoyed sitting out back and visiting.

Exceptional house!!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was lovely. We loved the open concept downstairs - lots of room for gathering and enjoying games, etc. The kitchen was spectacular and the house was large enough for everyone to spread out and everything we needed was included. We want to come back!!!

Perfect cozy beach getaway

We just finished our family beach trip to Amelia and this home was perfect for our group of 3 couples & 2 babies. Spacious home, comfortable living areas and easy access to the beach and community amenities. Perfect open floor plan, we enjoyed cooking at the house one night as well. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or bikes for hopping around the neighborhood. We would stay here again! Only complaint would be that the house could use a deep cleaning - the bathroom drawers, cobwebs on light fixtures and a little moldy around the sliding glass doors but nothing that was a deal breaker. I very much appreciated how easy check-in/out was and the responsiveness of AIV.

Nice family rental - with a few flaws

We had a nice stay in this house overall. It is spacious and fit our large family well. A few things that weren't completely ideal - the house is at the very top of the Plantation, about a 7 minute drive from the main gate once you're inside. Renters aren't given gate passes, so instead of accessing the home from a much closer gate we had to go down to the main gate to enter every time - adding 10-12 minutes to the trip every time you leave the Plantation. A few of the beds were uncomfortable with saggy mattresses and scratchy, thin blankets. The house could be much more inviting with some upgrades to the mattresses and bedding. A week after we departed from the rental, we got a call saying that a neighbor told the owner we had a dog on the property. This is not true, and seems to be an attempt to get more money out of us. We do not own a dog, and we flew in from another state and absolutely did not have any pets with us or in the house at any time.

Beautiful home!

Home is spectacular! Very impressive. We rented a golf cart for our stay which made the short drive to the beach access a breeze. The home is set up great for entertaining. I held a business retreat meeting during our stay and it is a very comfortable and spacious accommodation for 4 couples. You will not be disappointed.

Great Time @ Amelia Island

Great stay at the property, very spacious and clean. Good location, well stock kitchen to cook on property, very close to Burney Park Beach, and management team was very responsive to questions. Kids had a great time!

House Was Dirty: Bab but worse in a COVID era!!!

Beautiful house but never checked into a house rental that dirty. Paid 6K for 1 week and had to clean floors and dry (sanitize) linen before using.. it was last Sunday that we checked in. I called and was told that I can get help only the following at 9:00. She came with a vacuum cleaner that she was there to vacuum. I said you meant cleaning? She said no.. I called again and those that came mopped around the kitchen area. The whole house was dirty and should have been cleaned. I deserve at least a 1 day refund: Dirty floors with old pills and plastic stop, empty water bottles under the Master bedroom bed, coffee granules in kitchen cabinet, dusty and dirty closets in Master BR. I cannot even start naming the trash in the other rooms. I have some pictures if you need any.
