Important Information and House Rules

Early Arrival and Late Departure
Early check in and late checkout may be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability, approval, and the cleaning schedule.

Guest Verification
The primary guest is required to sign the rental agreement and submit a valid government issued ID before arrival.

Occupancy
Only guests registered for the reservation may stay overnight at the property.

Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway. Garage and street parking are not permitted.

Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 pets may be accommodated with prior approval. A 100 dollar pet fee applies.

Smoke Free Property
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the property.

Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Gas Grill
A gas grill is available for guest use. Please note that propane is not supplied.
📝 1. Mandatory Rental Agreement & Guest Verification

🪪 The primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

👥 Only registered overnight guests are permitted at the property.

🔢 Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

🔑 2. Check-In & Check-Out

🕓 Check-in: After 4:00 PM.

🔐 Self check-in: Access the property using the smart lock/keypad.

🕙 Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

📩 Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request, depending on the cleaning schedule and subject to prior approval.

🙏 Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the home for incoming guests.

🏠 3. Property Care, Doors & Windows

🚪 Keep all doors and windows closed at all times. This helps prevent the AC unit from freezing and minimizes tropical insects and mosquitoes from entering the home.

🪑 Furniture: Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture from its original position without authorization. Relocation and cleaning fees may apply if furniture is moved and needs to be returned to its original position.

🛏️ Linens: Please use the provided gray makeup remover towels to remove makeup and help prevent stains on the white bath linens.

💛 Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care and leave the property in good condition.

🚭 4. Smoking & Vaping

🚭 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

💲 A $599 fee applies to smoking or vaping violations to cover deep cleaning.

🙏 Please respect this rule to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.

🐾 5. Pet Policy

🐶🐱 A maximum of 2 pets is permitted with prior approval.

💲 A $100 fee per pet applies to approved pets.

🚫 Unauthorized pets will incur a $350 fee.

🛋️ Pets must stay off all furniture.

🧹 Please supervise your pets, clean up after them, and ensure the home is left in good condition.

🗑️ 6. Trash & Waste Disposal

🛍️ All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the designated side-yard bins.

🚛 Tuesday: Regular garbage collection.

♻️ Wednesday: Recycling and bulk collection.

🙏 Please follow the collection schedule and ensure waste is disposed of in the correct bins.

🔇 7. Quiet Hours, Parties & Visitors

🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

🤫 Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours and respect our neighbors.

🎉 Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

🚷 Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

⚠️ Quiet-hour violations may result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee, subject to applicable law and booking-platform requirements.

🚗 8. Parking Rules

🅿️ Driveway parking only, with a maximum of 2 vehicles.

🚫 The garage is not available for guest parking. Street parking is also prohibited.

⚠️ Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.

🙏 Please ensure all vehicles are parked within the designated driveway area.

🍳 9. Gas BBQ Grill & Fire Safety

🔥 Please follow all applicable fire-safety precautions when using the gas BBQ grill.

🚫 A propane tank is not provided due to fire-safety considerations.

⚠️ Please use the grill responsibly and ensure it is turned off safely after use.

📋 11. No-Refund Policy

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances, to the extent permitted by applicable requirements:

🔌 Temporary unavailability of non-essential amenities: This includes amenities or services such as the grill, Wi-Fi, TV applications, smart devices, and similar features.

🦟 Nature-related encounters: Insects, mosquitoes, wildlife, and weather conditions are part of the natural environment and are outside the host`s control.

🧳 Early departure or changes of plans: Leaving before the scheduled checkout date or changing travel plans after check-in does not automatically qualify for a refund.

📖 Failure to review house rules: Guests are responsible for reading and understanding the property description and house rules before booking.

🔧 This allows our team a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue while you are still at the property.
