Please note: Early check-in and Late Check out, if available, is offered for a $30/hr fee.
Pet fee is $30/pet/night or $150/pet for stay exceeding 7 days

Please note: All refunds are subject to a 3.9% non-refundable processing fee, in accordance with Stripe’s payment policy. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be issued as a refund.
1. Mandatory Agreement & ID
The primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government ID before check-in. This is a transient rental managed by SMV House Rental.

2. Check-in & Checkout

Hours: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 10:00 AM.

Unauthorized Late Checkout: $100/hour fee applies. Stays exceeding 2 hours past checkout will be charged the full nightly rate.

3. Property Care & Climate

Doors & Windows: Keep all doors and windows closed at all times. This prevents the AC unit from freezing and minimizes tropical insects/mosquitoes from entering the home.

Furniture: Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture. Relocation and cleaning fees apply if furniture is moved from its original position.

Linens: Please use the provided gray makeup remover towels to prevent staining of the white bath linens.

4. Smoking & Pets

Smoking: 100% smoke/vape-free indoors. A $599 deep-cleaning fee applies for violations.

Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval. A $100 flat fee per pet applies. Pets must stay off all furniture; unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.

5. Trash & Quiet Hours

Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in the side-yard bins. Wednesday: Recycle/Bulk | Tuesday: Regular Garbage.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Violations result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee.

Occupancy: Max 6 guests. No parties or unregistered visitors allowed.

NO REFUND POLICY
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for:

Temporary unavailability of non-essential amenities (grill, Wi-Fi, TV apps, smart devices etc)
Nature-related encounters (insects, wildlife, weather)
Early departure or change of plans after check-in
Failure to read or follow house rules prior to booking

All issues must be reported immediately during the stay to allow the host the opportunity to resolve them. Refund requests submitted after checkout will not be considered.
