Spacious Amelia Island 3 Bedroom Condo - Ocean Park

Perfection! This 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean view condo has been completely renovated with interior designer decor.  The condo features a living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and patio/balcony. Open floor plan with high ceilings and over 1600 square feet of living space comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Master Bedroom Suite features a king bed with a private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower.  The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and the second guest bedroom features 2 twin beds.  Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom that includes a tub.  The living room sofa does pull out to a queen size bed. The balcony overlooks a small pond and has a limited ocean view. 

The Ocean Park complex is an ideal location on Amelia Island - just 400 steps to beach access and only two miles from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, where guests can enjoy the many great shopping and dining options.

This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering activities such as miniature golf, a playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. Located at Main Beach, the Sandbar restaurant is within walking distance of this condo and is an excellent spot for dining on the beach.

Third year!

We absolutely love this condo and the location is perfect for our family with young children. The only downside was that because of construction we didn’t have access to our balcony and that made it tough this year. Also because of the remodel and the light colored furniture. It was a little more stressful to worry about keeping clean, but overall a wonderful stay.

Needs a few things replaced, fixed and updated

We did not find a toaster in the unit, the trash compactor doesn't work. Maybe a wine cooler should be put in its place? The fridge ice maker does not work. Which a pain not to have ice. There isn't a filtered water dispenser. The bathrooms vanity' sinks and faucets are very outdated for this price range. Location was great. Decor was fun and beachy. Great floor plan

Excellent family beach vacation

We loved the condo and location. The condo was clean and had plenty of seating, towels and beds for the whole family. We loved walking to the beach, restaurant, putt putt and biking through the state park. Beds were comfortable and nice large dining table and couches were super for indoor discussions and charades. The view was wonderful. Just a couple suggestions -to have a toaster and check on the cooling in the refrigerator. The freezer worked well. Hope to be back. Thank you so very much!

We had a wonderful stay in Amelia Island to celebrate my son's birthday!! The condo is beautiful!! Lots of room and extra special touches!! The unit is perfect for walks to the beach (only a few blocks) and the pool and hot tub are a bonus benefit! There's everything you need to eat in or barbeque down by the pool. We have been to Amelia Island and we love this location!!! It's so close to the main area of town (not walking distance) about 5 minutes to restaurants and shops!! We love it and will be back!!

Perfect vacation!

This condo was stunning and the attention to detail was unlike anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Melissa was wonderful and responded to all questions almost immediately. The little care package with items such as kids sunscreen and facial wipes was a hit and the extra beach towels were a nice surprise. There was nothing we needed that this condo didn’t have including a fully equipped kitchen. Our family had a wonderful time hunting and finding sharks teeth on the beach, exploring Fort Clinch, swimming and grilling out at the pool, going to the playground directly across the street and being within walking distance of some really wonderful restaurants! Our first time at Amelia Island did not disappoint! We will be back!
