The main living space provides everything you need to settle in for a short stay or a longer visit. An HDTV and Wifi allow you to stay connected, while a dedicated workspace offers a practical spot for remote work or planning days out. With soft natural light and easy flow between rooms, the home feels welcoming from the moment you arrive.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, supported by a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and the essentials needed for cooking. A dining table sits nearby, making it easy to share meals or gather for conversation before heading out to explore.

A private screened patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a shaded retreat with an outdoor dining area and a ceiling fan overhead. Free driveway parking on premises - 2 spaces - and self check-in with a lockbox create a smooth and flexible arrival experience. The home offers a quiet, comfortable setting for guests looking for space to settle in at their own pace.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
