Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.

We are a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath unit in an 8-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a full kitchen, dining table, and living room.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. No need to ask us if we allow pets. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV streaming apps, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

Neighborhood description
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
