'Room was filled with light at night. Yes I turned off the lights, but that did I not stop light from coming around the door and around the curtains and blinds. Hence sleep was poor. And no I am not a light sleeper. I am a dark sleeper and a light awaker.'

'Greeted by very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and kitchenette had everything including small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Located on a busy street but did not hear any traffic noise. Restaurant not open on weekend but not far to eateries. Very happy.'

'Efficient and seamless check-in. Room was situated next to neighbouring day care center which was noisy and loud. We had to keep our sliding door shut to reduce noise and couldn't enjoy outdoor seating due to loud noise from machinery in the nearby rooms. Carpark is conveniently situated next to rooms. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...
