Villa's in İzmir

'The pros of the property were that the host couldn't have been nicer. Check-in was easy and very good communication as our host spoke excellent English. She was always available and helped us get taxis when needed and how to get to our tour we had reserved. The cons were that since we are senior citizens and the property is on multiple levels of steps, with the bathrooms being on different levels from the bedrooms, that was a large challenge for us. The property is older, and off kind of a back...

'Nice stay, super accommodation, friendly owner and amazing neighbourhood '

'Neat, clean house with 4 bedrooms and baths to comfortably accommodate our family of six adults. Location was convenient to local shops and beaches. Since we visited Ilica in July of 2024, the ambient temperature was in the upper 30s C every day. That prompted us to turn on the A/C in bedrooms to cool the rest of the house, and it worked. We suggest availability of more bath and beach towels. However, we all had a very nice stay.'

'Also wie wir ankamen und ins Haus gingen sah es aus als war vor einer Stunde noch im Haus Gäste die abgereist und ihren Mist da gelassen habe. Die Hausbesitzerin nicht es rechtzeitig schaffte sauber zumachen. Die Möbel sehen auf die Fotos nett aus aber sind leicht defekt, keine richtigen Decken in den Schlafzimmern, Türrahmen fielen leicht auseinander, kein sauberes Besteck und sehr gemischt, Pooleinstieg fehlte und leichte gebrochene Pflastersteine,……'
