It is a historic Greek house located just 70 meters from the sea and the beach. On the street where it is located there are historic houses and a French high school from the Ottoman era. In the vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, entertainment centers and bars. If you are coming to Izmir for the first time, the center is Alsanc. My house is located in the area of Alsancak Cyprus martyrs street, the most central point of Izmir. Alsancak Market is 20 metres away. It is in an extremely easy to reach area. It is very close to metro, ferry and tram stops.

My house consists of 3 rooms and a living room. Daily rental houses are very large compared to their counterparts. It is especially ideal for large groups and young people. You can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Air conditioners and heaters are available. Very meticulous work is carried out on cleaning.
It has two floors and two rooms above and one room is located on the ground floor. There are 3 double beds and 2 single beds.

Our home has a free washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a hairdryer.
A house cleaning is carried out at each guest exit. The sheets are changed.
Smart TV is available. You can watch Netflix, etc. channels under your own membership. Local channels can be watched.

Wifi internet is available in the house.

The kitchen has all the necessary ingredients for cooking. Stove, water heater and ice cabinet. Apart from this, there are pots, pans and other kitchen utensils.
