Located with close distance from the beaches of Sperlonga and St Augustine in Gaeta, Villa Gaetano is a private villa with private swimming pool suited for 10 people. The area offers many touristic attractions such as Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Caserta, Sperlonga and Formia.

Villa Gaetano is split over two levels.

Ground level:

You will find living/dining room with open fireplace, two satellite TVs, Wi-Fi internet, sofas, table and chairs with exit onto the garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with four gas burners, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and exit onto a veranda where there is a table and chairs.

From the living area via the internal staircase you will access the first floor. There are two double rooms and one twin room with a balcony area overlooking the garden (15m2). All rooms share one bathroom with shower.

The exterior (1,200m2) consists of a garden area with trees and flowers and a private swimming pool (8m x 4m). There is an external shower, sun loungers and a BBQ area with grill and pizza oven. There is parking available at the villa for two cars.
