Het is een mooie hotel, personeel was aardig. Echter schrok ik wel van de vlekken op het tapijt, stoelen en de marmeren bladen zowel in de kamer als badkamer. Ik liep niet zonder schoenen over de vloer of zat niet op de stoelen zonder iets erop te leggen. Als hotel moet je wel aan hygiëne denken en dat is nou eenmaal lastig met stoffen bekledingen en tapijten. Wel werd elke dag je bed opgemaakt, schone handdoeken neergelegd en prullenbakken geleegd maar niet even met een schone doek over de meubels heen. Wel raad ik aan niet voor deze hotel te kiezen als je rust zoekt want het ligt in een buurt waar veel gefeest wordt. Ook als er iemand op de gang praat hoor je dat heel duidelijk.

It’s a very nice Hotel but it’s very crowded at the evening because of the markt and people who plays soccer. Be aware that sleeping could be quite difficult. Public transport isn’t very helpful and finding a taxy isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay with our beautiful room with a wonderful view at our balcony and the kindness of Tolga Bey of the reception!

Kleinschalig gevoel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Rustige buurt (als het voetbalveldje nu nog zou sluiten voor 01 uur ‘s nachts). Geen gebruik gemaakt van Spa noch restaurantje (wel goed ontbijt buffet met bediening).

My stay at The Mill Hotel Bomonti was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and spotless. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ibrahim, the receptionist. Ibrahim went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm welcome and attentive assistance made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. In summary, The Mill Hotel Bomonti exceeded all expectations, offering a combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience that made for a truly unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families and anyone looking for a memorable experience in Istanbul.

Receiving such comments is one way that we can monitor our standards and effect change where necessary.First of all, please kindly accept my sincere apologies for the upset and inconvenience caused during your stay and also I would like to express my regret that you did not have a good impression of the hotel. I was dismayed at some of the points that you raised and can only say, please accept my assurance that these were momentary deteriorations in our service standards and are in no way indicative of the high standards we normally aspire.I have carried out a full investigation and do not propose to bore you with point-to-point justification or excuse; obviously there was a shortfall of the type of service that you have a right to expect from us. When I checked, you did not request cleaning for 5 days during your stay. The do not disturb light on the door is always red, that is, your room was not entered for cleaning because the do not disturb button was active.I want to indicate once again our extreme concern over your dissatisfaction. Please rest assured that immediate action has been taken to avoid a reoccurrence of this nature in the future. Ms Niamh once again thank you for your comments. I always love this hotel, and have stayed here many times. But this time a cafe/club downstairs have opened- and it makes too much noise, so I could not sleep at the time I wanted to. The staff tried to speak with the club owner, but the music was only quiet after 1am. I hope the club is not open next time I come back. I like this hotel because the rooms are big and it’s convenient located, with restaurants options right outside of the hotel.

Mere som et 2-stjernet hotel.
Skuffende oplevelse. Helt klart ikke et 4-stjernet hotel længere. Det er meget slidt med pletter og skjolder overalt på tæpper og fliser både i fællesarealer og på værelset. Gulvtæppet på mit værelse var helt slidt ned og trængte til at blive skiftet. Det var desuden beskidt med store skjolder og pletter. Inventaret er ramponeret med afslåede hjørner og skader. Den generelle rengøringsstandard er lav med skidt i hjørner og pletter og aflejringer mange steder på badeværelset. Døren til min balkon kunne ikke lukkes da jeg ankom. Det blev "løst" dagen efter, så den ikke længere stod åben, men den var på ingen måde tæt og der kom meget støj fra gade ind, og jeg blev vækket hver morgen klokken 06.15, når mineraterne kaldte til bøn. Kan ikke anbefales.

I had rarely left a review .... but this time I have to share my experience : I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. If you think that this hotel is comparable to a 4 star, 3 star or even 2 star hotel , you are completely wrong ! The hotel is understaffed, the furniture is old and full of stains, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV has very basic Turkish TV channels, and the breakfast is just terrible ! Speaking about the breakfast, the breads and croissants were always stale and hard to eat !!! Some of the vegetable plates had gone to the refrigerator and back to the breakfast room for days ! We saw an employee in the breakfast room spraying water on the plates to give the impression that they were fresh ... while obviously they were not ! Speaking the internet : You need to set up the connection every single hour. Conclusion : Please do not ruine your vacation.

Evrything was amazing ..the stuff was very polite to me and cleaning lady aswell didnt stress ne out and they didnt open the door like many hotels does ..they knockd ...reception stuff both daily and night was exellent aswell..orderd food for me

The breakfast was very good and staff was nice. The only problem was the AC in our room did not seem to work well room 116. Room service was great but wish it went past 10pm.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a great location and nice and quiet most of the time at night. It would be great to see a slightly more looked after room - some carpet cleaning wouldn't go amiss and some good quality cleaner to polish the granite in the bathroom - but otherwise great!

awful hotel
i pay 60$ for one night from hotel application but when my guest arruve they force me to come down and pay 70$ again but its not fair no where never when guest come no one ask for money again also they ask for 70$ already i was pay 60$ for a room how should i pay 70$ for guest ? very bad hotel very bad services

You get what you pay for. The staff is rude and there is no help with baggage. Rooms are done quite modern and nicely, but lack maintenance so you’ll see bathroom fixtures etc falling apart.

Das Hotel ist einer schönen Lage, es ist sehr nah an alle Orte wie besiktas, Taksim etc. Das Essen im Hotel ist top und der Preis ist sehr gut, man hat im Parkhaus gute parktmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist bestimmt abgenutzt, also es ist nicht so sauber wie man sich es erhofft.
