Veel beloftes, weinig inhoud
Ik koos divan om 2 redenen. De airportshuttle en het zwembad. Ik stond iets voor 7u in de avond klaar, te wachten op een shuttle die niet bleek te komen. Diverse keren heb ik het hotel gebeld en echt, nog een paar minuutjes, nog 20 minuutjes, er kwam iemand. Uiteindelijk met een taxi gegaan waardoor ik er half 10 was. Gevraagd hoe en wat qua zwembad, dat was in de kelder en open tot half 11. Dus snel de nabijgelegen supermakrt ingedoken en iets voor 10 stond ik bij de ingang van het zwembad, alwaar ik niet naar binnen mocht omdat het sloot om 10u. Terug naar de receptie en nogmaals gvraagd naar de tijden, wederom zeiden ze half 11. Een telefoontje leerde dat ze gewoon niet op de hoogte waren van de tijden van het zwembad. Ben toen maar gaan slapen, helaas toch nog een keer naar beneden omdat mijn kussen te goor voor woorden was. Een grote vlek met harde stukjes, ben dat maar gaan afgeven bij de receptie. Kreeg een andere kamer aangeboden maar heb dit geweigerd omdat ik dat wel heel gemakkelijk vind. Het bed lag verder goed, en het is maar goed dat ik bij daglicht pas kon zien hoe vies alles was verder. Het hotel is echt mooi, en de kamers ruim. Maar verder; voor mij een enorme afknapper.

Niet te tevreden wegens geen zwembad.
We hadden deze hotel geboekt voor 7 dagen met zwembad inbegrepen. Maar toen we daar aankwamen zijden ze dat zwembad defect was en moest hersteld worden en dat het 3 a 4 dagen kan duren. Maar we konden 7 dagen niet zwemmen omdat deze niet open was wegens gesloten en defect was. Ja, we zijn daarom deze reden niet content omdat we niet konden zwemmen. En ook zo niet konden sporten. Had deze hotel speciaal ervoor geboekt om beetje te relaxen met zwemmen. We zijn gefopt geweest geweet uiteindelijk aan de balie. Tis niet eerlijk om zo te handelen met klanten, dus ik ben niet tevreden.

Great property and excellent stay. Only drawback was the location. On average took about an hour taxi ride to old istanbul. The metro station that is close by was closed. Other then that would recommend

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich Probleme mit meinem Zimmer hatte, wurde sofort um mich gekümmert. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und die Zeiten waren angemessen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es wurde täglich nachgefragt, ob eine Reinigung gewünscht wird. Das Parken wurde vom Personal übernommen und alle waren sehr höflich. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung.

An excellent hotel with five stars. Very clean rooms. We stayed for 7 days and it worth every penny that we paid for. I will recommend for anyone who would visit Istanbul. It is near the Ataturk Airport even though that airport is not functioning right now. There is Starbucks underneath the hotel, and a nice restaurant nearby.

Otel imkanları itibarıyle fena olanaklar sunmuyor ancak yeri çok sapa ve etrafta neredeyse hiç yaşam alanı yok. Sağlık turizmi için gelenlere iyi ve makul fiyat sunuyor olabilir ama iş seyahati için çok da uygun bulmadım. Yine de saygılı, nazik çalışanları var. Havuzu da kötü değil.

After investigating the sıtuatıon very carefully, we would lıke to ınform you that, the day we have received ınformatıon regardıng your lost ıtem, whıch ıs 8th of October on Sunday, your room DND (Do not Dısturb) button was on. So, nobody entered to your room. Please note that It ıs most defınıtely agaınst our hotel's polıcy and standards to take guest's belongıngs. We do apply very strıct rules regardıng the standards ın our hotel. We are sorry about your lost haır Clipper, but no one from our team took it. And Breakfast ıs 15 euro per person. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the value of our product.
