Het hotel qua voorzieningen is goed, de sportschool is mooi, de spa is ook absoluut niets op aan te merken. Kamers prima en schoon. Wat wel ronduit zeer slecht is, het buitenzwembad voelt aan als een diepvrieskast, het eten in het restaurant is ronduit schandalig slecht zeker voor een Radisson Blue hotel (dus een slechte keuken/kok). Nog lastiger door geen restaurants in de directe omgeving. Daarnaast zijn drankjes zelfs als touristenprijzen exorbitant duur, voor een lokaal efes bier wordt al 6,50 euro gevraagd, corona bier 9,50 euro etc…. Heel zonde voor een anders heel prachtig hotel.

Expensive. Noisy and bad management
Very much aged hotel. Nearly all windows do not close properly. Noisy and cold from outside. Final room was good but lower category than booked. First room wasn’t clean and the soap dispenser were fallen off. Toilet wasn’t clean as well! Compensation (I had to ask for!!!) offered, was reticules. The hotel manager doesn’t to care of the customer needs and he even doesn’t want to talk to them. Very disappointing approach and stay. The rest of the local team was doing great.

Jacuzzi room not worth the price
Room was falling apart, the jacuzzi on the balcony was dirty so the entire reason the room was booked was ruined. Furthermore, the heating system was going wild, keeping a scorching temperature in the sleeping quarters.
