Very nice, new and clean hotel. Hotel rooms have a very modern look and satisfy all the needs of the guest. The Bayrampaşa area is good to stay if you want to travel a lot throughout the whole of Istanbul, but the area itself is somewhat underdeveloped. However the hotel is quite fancy and is incomparable with the neighbourhood.

Hotel zag er tip top uit, voorzieningen waren perfect. Ligging was vanzelfsprekend minder goed, maar binnen 15 minuten waren we meestal wel bij de hotspots zoals Eminonu of Taksim. Met de taxi zeer goed te doen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding 10/10. Zeker 4 sterren waard.

Super hôtel proche du metro nombreux bus . Piscine sauna hammam salle de sport...vraiment bien. Mention spécial pour Abdelkadi, a la réception, une gentillesse immense et super professionnel avec lui le mot problème n'existait pas il n'avait que des solutions. Merci encore

The property and the services exceeded my expectations. I was there for 8 nights and i had a great stay! Only minus is the area (lots of mechanic shops, and warehouses, etc.) There isn't much to do on foot. But with a car, you can get to everything you need to in less than 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is in a slightly industrial type area affording a good opportunity to see work and bustle in a non-tourist environment but still with many local restaurants to hand. Istanbul library is a short walk (we'll worth a visit for it's community spaces) and T4 metro/tram line station is also very close by. They serve a good breakfast and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool.

I would rate this hotel 3/5. Our first impression was not so great. The first night we arrived we were placed in a room that wreaked of smoke. I had insisted on having a smoke free room as I had 2 kids with me. When I notified the front desk reception, the gentleman said he understood my concern but did nothing about it. He even lied and said it was a smoke free room. I informed him it’s not smoke free as it smells very bad and my kids are coughing from inhaling the smoke smell. He said he didn’t have any available rooms and to spend the night and they will give us something in the morning. He sent a humidifier into our rooms, which made the smell even worse. Since we had no other accommodations we needed up staying the night. In the morning, I reminded reception again and they ended up giving us a room by the afternoon. The new room they gave us clearly had no smoking signage everywhere (which means the last room wasn’t). The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Breakfast included was very nice as well, lots of options. The area the hotel was in was very dingy. Our view from our window was overlooking a dumpster. Lots of car repair shops in the area. It was quite far from the city Center, but on our second day we figured out where to use the metro and it wasn’t so bad. Lots of walking. If you’re there for business or a one night stay it’s fine- I don’t recommend for family who are there for sight seeing or vacation.
