Hotel en persooneel is perfect
Ik heb in 2017 in totaal vier keer verbleven in dit hotel. Persooneel is erg behulpzaam en aardig. Ze proberen je alleen maar tevreden te stellen. Hotel ligt centraal. Loopafstand van de bekende Nisantasi (2 minuten lopen) en zo’n 200 meter van de metro. Hotel kamers zijn schoon en comfertabel. Ontbijt ook erg goed en lekker. Alles kort samengevat: FAVORI HOTEL IS PERFECT!

Très bon séjour. L’équipe est agréable et aide à tout moment. Endroit est plus que parfait et l’hôtel est situé au centre de la ville avec de nombreux magasins, café, il y a un très joli musée près de l’hôtel (Ara Güler Muséum). Mais le petit-déjeuner est pas le meilleur il n’y pas beaucoup de choses à choisir mais la nourriture est bien quand même.

All excellent, except the toaster
Everything about my experience was excellent. I have one problem with the breakfast. The toaster is an ancient piece of equipment that should be REPLACES as soon as possible.

Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The area was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful ( not sure why the negative reviews on them ? Or maybe I got lucky ?) The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.

Neueres Stadthotel , in einer Parallelstrasse zur Hauptstrasse. Tagsüber stau vorm Hotel mit dem typischen gehupe dazu. Abends Müll der Geschäfte auf dem Bürgersteig, der Nachts abgeholt wird.

Veldig fornøyd
Hotellet har bra beliggenhet, du kommer deg til hovedgatene på 2 minutt, både rumeli caddesi, og osmanbey. Hotellet hadde en veldig god service, alle ansatte viste initiativ og var behjelpelige. Spesielt en av dem, B.G. føltes trygt å bo her I de 7 dagene vi var her. Eneste som er dumt er at hotellet ligget i et trangt gatestrøk og dermed ikke har noe utsikt. Og at kanskje frokosten kunne være litt mer variert. Men nå var dette julesesong.

Nur empfehlenswert!!!!!!!
Viel viel LOB an die Mitarbeiter, sie waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral nur 5min. von der Station Osmanbey entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Kötü koku sorunu
Otel çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Otel odası da güzel ancak kanalizasyon sorunu var sanırım ciddi bir koku vardı ve malesef tuvalet lavabo temizliği kötüydü. Lokasyon olarak çok iyi. Ama sırf kokudan dolayı bile malesef tekrar tercih etmem çünkü bütün gece uyuyamadım.

Zimmer sind etwas zu dunkel. Durch den kleinen Innenhof ist das Fenster des gegenüberliegenden Zimmers nur wenige Meter entfernt, und man muss ständig die Vorhänge geschlossen halten.

Det var okey. Måske følte man sig ikke vildt velkommen. Meget lille værelse. Område lige foran hotellet var ikke særligt lækkert. Følte man blev kvalt fordi der var ikke vindue man lige kunne åbne og få frisk luft. Vinduet var placeret lige ud til receptionen dvs det var et vindue indenfor i bygningen , hvilket var meget underligt

We cannot recommend this hotel from any perspective. Our room was not clean, not comfortable and there was a serious and unsolved issue with hot water in the shower. When we turned on the hot water it would go to cold after 20-30 seconds and them hot again and over and over. The issue existed in two other rooms we checked as well. in addition, breakfast was very poor and the level of English and communication by the staff was not very good. This is why we stayed there for only one night out of five. When we booked this hotel for our stay in Istanbul we were under time pressure to find something, and we kind of overlooked or ignored the reviews that were not so good.
