Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, einziger Nachteil: Wir haben die Mini Bar während des Aufenthaltes nicht benutzt, beim auschecken, waren zwei offene Redbull Rechnungen vorhanden, wobei es sich herausgestellt hatte (aufgrund ähnlicher Fälle) dass der Putzmann der täglich die Zimmer putzt, sich an der Mini Bar bedient hatte. Gäste sollten unbedingt darauf achten, falls Getränke oder Essen aus der Mini Bar fehlen, dieser der Rezeption mitzuteilen, um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Alles andere war Top!

Wonderful experience
There was some issues with the room, but the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was rectified. She personally checked on me every day to make sure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and this hotel is our least favorite. Our bathroom was dirty. There was mold in and around the top of our tub and the drain in the shower was dirty. We left at 8am and requested our room to be cleaned. We returned at 4pm and they only had just started cleaning our room. The only bonus of this hotel is that you are close to a very nice mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately we were there for business and didn’t get to enjoy the mall but it was convenient when trying to eat after working all day.
