Great hotel with friendly helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Located in Sultanahmet about 5 minutes' walk from the tram station and also 5-10 minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Also short walk to Eminömu (where we caught the ferry to Kadiköy) and over to Galata Bridge, Galata and Karaköy. Very walkable area, near theaim attractions and public transport so it was easy for our first time in Istanbul.

At check-in they claimed we had booked in the basement & that's not true then they said if we wrote a good review we would get the room where we actually booked - that's an outrage! But the cleaning women did a very good job.

l'hôtel est propre, les femmes de ménages très gentilles et serviables. Les réceptionniste 5/10, la plupart ne disent ni bonjour ni aurevoir, lorsque j'ai acheté une puce pour mon mobile le prix affiché était de 20 euros et pour je ne sais quelle raison il m'a dis non 25 euros les prix on changés, pourtant il à laissé la brochure avec les anciens prix sur le desk et n'a pas modifié, beaucoup d'arnaque en Turquie malheureusement que ce soit les hôtels, les restaurant qui invente des taxes imaginaires sur l'addition, les commerçants dans les bazars qui donne des prix à la tête du clients et les taxis qui gonflent les prix deux fois plus c'est vraiment le point noir de la Turquie très dommage. l'hôtel est situé en hauteur il faut aimer la marche et les pentes les restaurant autour sont des attrapes touristes cher pour ce que c'est , le seule point fort c'est que c'est prés du grand bazar et des mosquée Sainte Sophie et Mosquée bleu c'est tout.

Hotel is is a great location, but it’s right in the middle of the wholesale area, and a boys school opposite, we were given room 402 avoid the ground floor rooms on the front of the hotel as it’s very very noisy and I’ve had the worst nights sleep ever, the hotel need to soundproof the rooms as we could also hear the doorbell from the room next to us and every time they shut their door the lights in our room would move and vibrate and rattle, I did request not to be put on the ground floor and yet ended up there, also requested to move rooms which was just one floor up and wouldn’t make any difference to the noise level, honestly we tried to stay out of the room as much as possible but it did leave a bitter taste which ruined out city break

Flughafentransfer und Taxi zum Busbahnhof hat gut geklappt. Wie erwartet, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen (Bazar, Galatabrücke und Sultanahmet) Haben 2 Nächte gebucht, Zimmer im Untergeschoß hätte ich zwar nicht gewählt, weil ohne Aussicht, war aber nachts sehr ruhig. Sind eh nach dem Frühstück raus und bei Dunkelheit wieder zurück. Frühstück im 4. Stock hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Minibar, Wasserkocher und Duschutensilien vorhanden. Konnte türkische SIM Karte gleich dort kaufen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Decent hotel which is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul such as the Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cisterns and Grand Bazaar. Breakfast buffet was good and there were plenty of restaurants close by as well as a Turksih Hammam. We generally enjoyed our stay here, although the bathrooms were smaller than we would have liked and the minibar in the room was not working properly meaning drinks were at room temperature, which is not ideal in the middle of August. It would also have been nice if the hotel offered an ice cube dispenser for guests.

There was some false advertisement about welcoming you through their garden! There was no garden at all! If you went for breakfast after nine most dishes were almost empty! All together the only good thing about this hotel was it’s location!

Wonderful hotel.
Great location. Wonderful facilities and the staff are so helpful. On the day of departure we were running late for the airport and taxis were minimal. The staff member walked with us two blocks and helped us get a taxi so we could make our flight. We appreciated this and would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were really helpful when asked about anything. They had a good digital system in the rooms for cleaning and do not disturb signs . The only thing was the breakfast was really repetitive if you were staying there for over a week . Other than that it was all good . Good location to shops about 6-7 minute walk . Es ist ein kleines Hotel sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurde für uns ein Transfer vom Flughafen (45 Euro für 4 Personen) organisiert. In der Nähe ist der große Basar, die heilige Sophia, blaue Moschee und Zisternen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Rest gibt es die Istanbul Card. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
