« This really is a fabulous Ocean City property. There were 3 in our party - my wife and I (who took the bedroom) and our 11 year old son who slept on the very comfortable sofa-bed. The apartment is very well maintained and cleaned, with modern appliances. The decor and furnishings are all are in good condition and very welcoming. « It was the perfect get-away for R&R. The property had extra amenities like a pool table, ping pong table, indoor (and outdoor) swimming pools, tennis court, a tiki bar near the beach and pool, and a few shops at the main level. It also had assigned parking spots; very beneficial when coming back after dinner (you never had to look for a parking spot!). It also has a great view of the ocean and bay. »

« It is a good location, the condo is nice but when we stayed here there is a neighbor that if for any reason she is displeased with you, she will become your personal babysitter. In fairness i will say, you are not allowed to smoke in the building as is all of them. « Check in was difficult because after asking several times for the address, they kept sending the building address but not the unit number. We had to spend nearly an hour trying to reach someone so we could get the unit number and then when we tried the lock on the door after the "check in" time it did not work. « Our stay here was great- with an accommodating check-in time and amazing communication with the host. The apartment itself it VERY simple and very barebones. Toilet paper, towels, sheets and kitchenware is all that is provided- so make sure you bring anything else you may need. Apartment was EXTREMELY humid, despite the ACs all running.
