The main living area is located on the second floor and features an expansive open floor plan designed for gathering and entertaining. The large dining room includes a table with seating for eight, along with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. On this same level, you will also find one guest bedroom and two full bathrooms.
The third floor features a spacious primary suite with access to a covered porch and a private ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms are located on this floor, and each includes its own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests.
After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand using one of the two outdoor showers conveniently located in the garage area. The home also includes a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and propane tanks may be exchanged at our office during regular business hours.

**** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
ATTENTION GUESTS: Due the the impact of recent storms please note that during high tide, the beach area becomes quite narrow, which may limit space for walking. You might notice some sandbags at nearby properties protecting their dunes—thank you for helping us care for the coastline by avoiding walking on the dunes or sandbags.
