There were a number of issues with the house and for the price paid it was very frustrating. When we arrived the door handle for the bottom elevator was completely broken making that unusable. I reported it but they never came to fix it so in the end my father in law went to hardware store to buy part and fix it himself. The stove also wasn't functioning properly. There were mosquitos in 2 of the bedrooms so bad children ended up coming in our room for a few nights (we never had any windows/doors open). Water heater didn't work properly for 2 bedrooms. Property management company had a plumber come but they said due to tankless system it was 'working properly'. Plumber was only there about 10 minutes. The house likely has too small of a tankless system to properly handle a house that big if it's working properly. The filters for the hot tub were blackened with mildew. We only knew this because none of the jets were working and my brother in law decided to help clean it so we could enjoy it. We reported this to property management company who said they'd let the pool company know.
So the house COULD be great, if only they properly maintained and fixed things. We are not picky house guests, have never contacted a property management company like this or written this type of review, but this house deserved it. Too many issues for too high a price. The property management company responded to complaints raised but didn't quickly fix most things and shouldn't have let it be rented in this state. Disappointing.
