** BEDROOMS **
This beautiful beach home has three generously-sized bedrooms and plenty of space for your group to unwind. Each room features bright, modern decor and all the conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay, such as white noise machines, bedside lamps, and charging stations.

​​On the second floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a huge walk-in closet, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and two floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. If your vacation self needs a good book, look no further!

The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a twin bunk over a full-sized bed, plus another twin bed. Whether you’re traveling with kids or extra adults, this room adds flexibility to your sleeping arrangements.

** BATHROOMS **
Our Isle of Palms oasis is well-set up for larger groups and offers three luxury bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and an elegant vanity. The second floor also has a family bathroom near the queen bedroom with a tub/shower combo, and the third full bathroom with a shower unit is on the first floor, between the bonus lounge and the bunk room. All three bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, so you can feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.

** KITCHEN & LOUNGE **
Central to this beautiful beach home is the bright, open living space, which combines a comfortable lounge, dining area, and full kitchen.

With its plush couch and bright decor, the main living room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Catch the big game or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV (satellite and cable included), or chill with a glass of wine and make great vacation memories.

The bright, airy kitchen has every modern appliance you could need to create a gourmet meal, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove and oven, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Eat together at the large dining table set for four, or grab a snack at the kitchen counter with seating for three. A well-equipped wet bar is also available; let your creativity flow as you mix your favorite drinks.

For more fun, head down to the bonus lounge on the first floor. With a ping pong table, comfortable couch, and side chairs, this cozy family den doubles as an entertainment hub. Kick back and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or if you’re feeling brave, finally settle that long-standing argument: who, really, is the Ping-Pong Champion?

** OUTSIDE SPACE **
Enjoy the ocean breeze right from the comfort of home. Our beach house boasts a large deck with a dining table, comfy outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ grill. Dine al-fresco style and make the most of the beautiful Isle of Palms weather.

Traveling with kids? This child-friendly home has a shaded, fully-fenced backyard with ample space for little ones to run around.

Here at Shep's Southern Charm, every day can be a beach day. The house is only a short walk or drive away from sparkling beaches and the stunning Atlantic Ocean. At the end of the day, make use of the convenient outdoor shower to rinse off any sand.

This ideal destination is also close to many of the area’s top attractions, including the Isle of Palms Beach and County Park, fine golf courses, and amazing local eateries and bars. If you’d like to explore a little further, you’re not far from historic Charleston. Experience the rich history and delicious southern cuisine of this cultural city, only a half-hour drive away.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the whole house and outdoor space, including a washer and dryer in the basement room. (Door code provided prior to arrival)

Free parking is available on the private driveway.

Other Things to Note:
★ Minimum Age Policy
Guests must be 25+ to book this property.

★ Pets
As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, pets are not permitted to stay at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees, starting from $500.

★ No Parties/Events
We respectfully ask that you be considerate of the neighbors. No parties or events are allowed at the property.

★ Smoking
There is a strict no-smoking policy. Violators will be fined for smoke damage. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property (at least 10 feet away, please).

★ Propane Tank for Grill
Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

★ Covid-19 Cancellations
Please note that Covid-related cancelations are no longer honored. If a positive Covid diagnosis or exposure to Covid prohibits the guest from traveling, or they need to alter their travel plans, the standard cancellation policy will remain in effect. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

★ Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy
If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during your stay, specifically for the county in which the property is located, the Extenuating Circumstances Policy will come into effect. We will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then the Standard Cancellation Policy will remain in effect, should the guest choose to cancel their reservation. Cancellations in relation to inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay will not qualify for a refund, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
