Summer House 104 - Walkout to Ocean! Beach!

2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Summer House 104 is a beachfront condo in the Summer House community at Wild Dunes — and the location speaks for itself. Your back porch leads right to the ocean, and access to the beach is seconds away. Guests consistently rave about how spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean the unit is, with comfy furniture and a convenient kitchen that has everything you need for an easy beach week.

It's quiet, set away from the hustle of Front Beach, but still within an easy drive of restaurants and shopping. As part of Wild Dunes, guests enjoy access to the Summer House oceanfront pool plus the resort's golf, spa, dining, and miles of walking and biking paths.

Summer House 104 guests have exclusive access to the Summer House oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. Free courts also at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center.
