Villa Seagrove 3A - Vue luxueuse sur l'océan ! Piscine !

2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.

Luxury finishes. Ocean views from the balcony. A massive shower. And the beach just around the corner.
