'One of the most beautiful places ever. Bring long sleeves and pants if you are someone who is irritates by sand fly bites-- regular deet wont cut it! Meal there was lovely-- perfect spot!!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was never open during our stay though. The close proximity to Exuma Flats will likely bring us back again.'

'Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,...

'The host Alicia was amazing. So, so helpful. The property itself is absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean, perfect and new appliance and so close to the water you could crawl there. The area is fantastic too. There's a nearby restaurant, a convenience store and theres bike and kayak rental directly across the road. I cannot recommend this place hughly enough!'

'Plenty of room for 2 people. Have your own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean. The patio area is really nice to sit out there and drink morning coffee, work on my computer, and eat meals. Very well located in the complex. The beach is amazing and it's only a really short walk away. Loved the stay here.'
