'Gorgeous views but the room was outdated. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, the sink facet had no pressure so they removed the screen which just made the water spray everywhere when in use, and the shower handle kept falling off. 'The resort is beautiful and very clean. This was our second stay.
Ice machines were not working as before. Staff were all great. Housekeeping was outstanding. The best thing about this visit was the restaurant by the pool. Food was amazing and very nice staff there. Also the best coffee!!'
'They said there was no breakfast or lunch available upon check in, but then changed their story after a day or two. Unfortunately the nearest restaurant was 30 miles away. We were far out in the boondocks and had to drive to Marsh Harbor to eat.
We were the only guests in this hotel. The food was good once we discovered it was actually fully available days later.
There was NO beach access nearby.
We checked out after two days and relocated to Marsh Harbor.

Having been to many Relais and Chateau properties through out the glove, my expectations were very high. I think The Cove did a great job overall for being in the Bahamas, however for this category of luxury resort, they fell short in many ways:
