'We had such an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful (thanks Jessica on the front desk!). Two things stood out....first, we asked if there was a spot to keep a freezer pack frozen, and it was no bother at all, it was stored in the staff freezer. Second, we asked if it was possible to do a late check out and they was accommodated no problem at all. The room was lovely. Very clean, spacious, good vibes. Check in process was smooth.
