SPECIAL CLEANING w. OZONE and DISINFECTANT SPRAY IN EFFECT.
This cabin is equipped with an Ozone machine (we will provide instructions to the guests and call you or meet with you to ensure proper operations). We also ozonate the cabins prior to your arrival to ensure no viruses or bacteria are present in the air. However, you can also use the Ozone machine to disinfect the cabin when you leave the cabin so it is super clean prior to your arrival. Our cleaners are also using medical strength disinfectants to spray all surfaces prior to your arrival. Please look at our reviews for other other properties and this one. As you can notice we have always provided one of the cleanest facilities for the guests and we are now taking the extra steps to ensure COVID-19 doesn't affect our guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and entertaining. There is a spacious and fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as well as a large porch with a BBQ. There is a common area, a living and dining room downstairs and a loft and two bedroom upstairs.

Other things to note
This house cannot accommodate trailers at the property, but you can park at the designated spot for the subdivision which is at the corner of Red Rock Road and Highway 20 and you can ride your snowmobiles to the property.

Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.

You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
