Escape to Islamorada in the Florida Keys and enjoy the breathtaking gulf and ocean views from your top floor balcony in this decorator furnished, two bedroom luxurious condo.

This unit located in the complex of Bay Harbour offers a private 50' boat slip, heated swimming pool, hot tub, club house, fitness center, tennis courts, gas barbeque grills, tennis equipment, beach chairs and coolers.

This spectacular condo offers two master bedrooms with private full bathrooms, additional half bath and full size washer and dryer. Additionally, each bedroom and the living room has flat screen televisions with cable tv. A dvd player is included in the living room. There is free wifi and telephone included for your use. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal.

The large balcony overlooking the water offers plenty of seating. Enjoy a meal or coffee while you take in the expansive views or enjoy the sunrise. Additionally, you will have a direct view of your boat parked in a private boat slip just steps away.

Located at mile marker 75, this boater’s paradise is just minutes from fishing in the gulf or ocean, diving or snorkeling beautiful reefs, jet skiing, parasailing, kiteboarding or kayaking.

The location and condo were as expected.

This was our third time staying at Bay Harbour and we enjoyed our as stay as always. While construction next door limited our porch sitting time we still had a wonderful time. Excellent location for good area restaurants and a very quiet neighborhood. The construction issue was addressed by the owner.

Special Trip

My husband and I traveled with another couple. The setup of this condo is perfect for that with each bedroom having a private bath. The home was updated and well kept. The screened deck was a great place to watch the sunrise! The complex was quiet, the pool was perfect for relaxing after the day’s outing. The Lobinskys were the perfect hosts. They communicated various details and were readily available to answer questions, if needed. We hopeReturn!

The 3rd floor views were amazing! The unit has a great floor plan, with 2.5 bathrooms. We were extremely pleased with the owner's communication and quick reactions to resolve our minor issues. We booked it again in 2025!!!

displeased with the inconvenience of the driveways being sprayed

I was not informed that the parking and driveways were being sprayed which resulted in us not being able to use the pool for half our stay. I would have rented something else had I known this. My handicapped friend could not come to our condo as the walk was way too far because of this problem. We had to carry groceries and shopping all over the place.

Loved our stay!

This condo was very nice and much more updated than the pictures shown online. The community was very quiet. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the amazing view. We brought our boat so exploring the area was fun. We also enjoyed walking the surrounding neighborhoods and seeing the beautiful community. The only negative for this condo is it was difficult to dock our 25 Ft boat in a 50 ft slip. Guess we need a bigger boat. lol! If you are looking for a nice condo with amazing views this is the one to book.

Wonderfully updated and spacious condo

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing vacation rental in Islamorada, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The property was delightfully furnished and updated, featuring a gorgeous, large cook's kitchen that was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, making it a joy to prepare meals, especially our fresh catches of the day. While we chose to stay in to most evenings, there are plenty of highly rated restraints within minutes away from condo. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet, lovely building with little to no other renters during our week-long stay. This tranquility allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The property is conveniently close to everything we needed, yet far enough from busy areas to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the lovely pool conveniently located steps from the condo. They also enjoyed going on adventures around the property looking for key limes and fallen coconuts. They loved fishing the large dock and looking at the school of mangrove snapper and parrotfish swim by. The canal out to the gulf was a very short ride, and the Atlantic is right around the corner making it convenient to get to a reef or sandbar to enjoy the turquoise waters of Islamorada.

We spend at least 3 months a year in Islamorada and love staying at Bay Harbour. I fish and my hubby loves having the workout room, tennis courts and pool. This was our first time in this unit but we will be back. Well decorated, furnished and the kitchen is well equipped for a long stay.

Wonderful Islamorada Condo with boat slip

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week at Deanna’s well-appointed condo. They were especially gracious in allowing us to slip our vacation week back one day as we couldn’t make it on the day originally planned. The condo was spacious with a terrific screened porch and view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable with the softest pillows! We found just about everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal (including pie plates) and the dining room table was perfect for a meal with so many trimmings!! The boat slip worked well for our bay boat and flats boat though it would have been nice to have a place on site to store our trailers. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!
