AMAZING MIDDLE ROW! COMPLETELY UPDATED! BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE This oceanfront resort is a boutique complex of 52 homes inspired by Native Conch & British West Indies architecture built in 2007. Quaint streets & walking paths wind through this village-styled retreat. Amenities include a community pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and 500ft of private beach. The home’s boat slip is available for rent with a deep channel out to the Atlantic. Or launch a kayak from the private beach.

Wonderful, cozy home located in Islamorada at Mile Marker 85 in the gated community of Anglers Reef, a quiet oceanfront community. Five minute boat ride from community dock or a short kayak ride from private beach to the World Famous Sandbar. Angler’s Way is the perfect place for all fishing and diving enthusiasts. Islamorada is known as “The Sport fishing Capital of the World”. Water activities abound including: diving, snorkeling, Para sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and more. You may even spot manatees in the Dock. Don't be surprised if you run into your favorite celebrities from Jimmy Johnson to Gene Hackman. Fine dining and unique shops are within walking distance: Chef Michaels, Pierre’s, Morada Bay, Cheeca Lounge, Atlantic Edge, Robbie’s, Ziggies & Mad Dogs, Tiki Bar, Hogs Heaven and many more.

Sandbar Bungalow Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor, both with private balcony's. Downstairs has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, living/dining room, a half bathroom, queen size sofa bed, Brazilian wood floors, 3 flat screen TV's (including a 65" in living room) with DVD players, cable, Wi-Fi and 2 open porches.

Our private boat slip (not all houses at Anglers have boat slips) makes getting around on the water so much more attainable – drop anchor for lunch or sundowners at the sand bar, go snorkeling a mile or two out from the house, fish all day long in the sport fishing capital of the world!

Enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys in our accommodations and see why people get sand in their shoes and return over and over again.

Such a wonderful place! Four of us stayed a week for a girls’ trip, and this house was comfy and spacious. Beds were great, well equipped kitchen, and a lovely little porch (and balconies upstairs!) for coffee and cocktails. Beach towels are provided - so nice! Host was quick to respond, answer questions, and resolve issues. Pool area and entire gated neighborhood of Anglers Reef is beautiful. Manatee and her baby were hanging out at the docks all week! We loved having plenty of paddle boards and kayaks accessible for everyone in the neighborhood - the host will give you the code to unlock them for complimentary use anytime. We rented bikes with Cowboy Outfitters (delivered on arrival and picked up on the day we left), and we loved biking (or walking) next door to Hog Heaven for outdoor live music and drinks with a fabulous view! Also biked down to the shops and breweries on Upper Matacumbe Key, which was a short ride. There are two covered parking spaces assigned to this house, so we used one for our vehicle and the other for our bikes. Location is perfect, and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved it, and hope to return soon.

The owner was very responsive. The property was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. There were small things that were helpful. Like a thermal bag for picnics and many beach towels. The only extra I would add is bedding (blanket) for pull out couch. Also, maybe folding beach chairs too.

Alex the property manager was super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had! The house was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice view of the water from the downstairs deck. Beautiful pool by the water with a nice little beach. The property was beautiful and maintained immaculately. Handyman on site for any minor repair needs. We will definitely go back!!!

Family Spring Break Vacation

We visited the first week of April 2025 and had the best experience. The rental was exactly as described and the owner was quick to respond whenever we needed him.We rented a boat for a couple of days and utilized the boat slip provided by the owner which was very convenient and very close to the beautiful Islamorada Sandbar. We also enjoyed the pool that overlooked the aqua blue water so you didn’t have to go out on the water to enjoy it from land.Lots of amazing restaurants close by also. We annoyed lots of fresh seafood while sitting outside with beautiful sunset views. We hope to come back soon!

Spring Break Paradise

Anglers Reef is a beautiful property. The townhouse is even nicer than the pictures. We used the pool almost everyday and the view is amazing. We also enjoyed sitting on both balconies for coffee and in the evenings. It was a windy week so unfortunately we only took the kayaks out once but it is so nice to have the option. The kitchen is well stocked and having a grill was a plus. My only suggestion would be to supply an extra comforter for the pull out couch. We would definitely visit again if we get the chance.

the little subdivision, Anglers Reef, is adorable, charming and clean - and is within walking distance to 2 restaurant/bars and the Theatre of the Sea marine animal park. SO many fun things to do. HIGHLY recommend kayaking thru the mangrove canopies near Robbies (short drive)

Family Fun in the Salt, Sun and Sand!

We stayed a week at this property. The access to open water was excellent. The home was decorated with an appropriate ocean theme. The beds were comfortable. The host communicated well. The home had remotes to control the lights but no instructions. We had to purchase a blanket for the sofa bed as one was not provided. The carports are nice but very tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Overall the stay was excellent with just a couple of minor hiccups! We would return.

Really good on many levels

ANGLER'S REEF house is really good on so many levels. Modern everything, clean and user friendly. Property has great beach and awesome pool. Close to everything you will want to do, eat at or hang out. Host/mgr is easy to reach and communicate with. Let me know if you can't make it and we'll go for you...!

Peaceful in paradise

We are so grateful we got to experience this beautiful property. The whole community is well maintained and immaculate. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood but still close to stores, restaurants and outdoor activities. The condo is also well maintained and spotless. The decor is warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the high quality towels and linens. The kitchen is well equipped, we especially enjoyed having the grill ( again very clean). My only suggestion would be is to have seating for 4 on the porch off the kitchen. Also to have covers for the outdoor furniture . The birds have taken up residence on all three porches and make it less than desirable to sit out there. Overall it was great. I would definitely stay here again.
