'Secluded, quiet, beautiful 2 bedroom former equestrian tack barn in a grove of avocado trees. Perfect for us. Very simple. Close to everything, but no road noise. Beautiful view of the hills and ocean. '

'The cottage was amazing. So well appointed, comfortable, everything you could need was there for you. And location….awesome! Didn’t need the car for beach, dinning or shopping. Loved grilling and or just relaxing on the patio. Can’t wait to return to the cottage again!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay. And of yeah…no long list of rules and check out chores to be done. Makes you want to keep it tidy right off the bat. LOL'

'Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!'

'This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!'

"Wat een ideale plek om in Santa Monica te overnachten. Dichtbij de boulevard, winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Zeker voor herhalling vatbaar!"

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
